The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Assen werk je aan de beschikbaarheid van industriële productie-installaties. Als Service Engineer PLC/SCADA onderzoek en verhelp je storingen in besturingssystemen, zodat klanten hun productie kunnen hervatten. Je maakt deel uit van een serviceafdeling die klanten 24/7 ondersteunt en verder wordt opgebouwd. Met jouw ervaring in industriële automatisering draag je bij aan zowel de storingsafhandeling als het verbeteren van de dienstverlening. Je dagelijkse werk wisselt tussen telefonische ondersteuning, diagnose op afstand en servicebezoeken op locatie. Door gericht vragen te stellen en goed te luisteren, breng je de oorzaak van een storing in beeld. Je werkt zelfstandig of samen met een collega en overlegt met specialisten over complexere besturingsproblemen. Naast directe oplossingen maak je analyses en verbetervoorstellen. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis van PLC- en SCADA-systemen en help je terugkerende storingen voorkomen. Wat ga je doen? - Storingen in PLC- en SCADA-besturingen telefonisch en op afstand onderzoeken en oplossen - Op locatie besturingsproblemen analyseren en productie-installaties weer operationeel maken - Klanten gericht uitvragen en duidelijk informeren over diagnose en vervolgstappen - Oorzaken van storingen analyseren en technische verbetervoorstellen uitwerken - Zelfstandig en samen met collega-specialisten servicewerkzaamheden uitvoeren - Meedraaien in oproepdiensten voor de 24/7-serviceverlening - Bijdragen aan de verdere opbouw van de serviceafdeling Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Kennis van PLC- en SCADA-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Siemens SIMATIC S7, PCS 7 en TIA Portal - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en basiskennis van het Engels - Bereidheid om oproepdiensten te draaien en storingen op locatie op te lossen - Analytisch vermogen en heldere communicatie bij het uitvragen van sto.
