Dankzij jou en je collega engineers blijven kritische systemen betrouwbaar, beschikbaar en veilig draaien . Je werkt aan PLC-, SCADA-, DCS- en OT-systemen binnen omgevingen waar continuïteit essentieel is. In deze dynamische rol combineer je hands on onderhoud met diepgaande analyse. Zo los je storingen op, voer je root-cause analyses uit en denk je mee over structurele verbeteringen. Je ondersteunt klanten bij hun lifecycle management, migraties en modernisaties. Je werkt niet alleen reactief, maar juist preventief: door trends te herkennen, systemen te monitoren en verbeteringen door te voeren voorkom je herhaling van storingen.Je werkt voor klanten in onder andere energie, tank terminals, infra, food & beverage en klein chemie. Dit vind je leuk om te doen - Onderhouden, beheren en optimaliseren van industriële automatiseringssystemen - Oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van gepland service- en onderhoudswerk - Werken aan PLC-, SCADA-, DCS- en OT-omgevingen - Uitvoeren van 2e- en 3e-lijns analyses bij complexe technische vraagstukken - Opstellen van root-cause analyses, incidentrapportages en verbetervoorstellen - Signaleren van trends en structurele verbeterkansen binnen bestaande installaties - Begeleiden van wijzigingen, updates, migraties en lifecycle-vervangingen in live omgevingen - Werken aan monitoring, tooling en preventieve oplossingen om storingen te voorkomen - Ondersteunen bij FAT, SAT, inbedrijfstelling en onderhoudswerkzaamheden op klant locatie - Meedenken over assetmanagement, onderhoudsstrategieën en betrouwbaarheid van installaties - Samenwerken met serviceteams, projectteams en klant...
