Wie ben jij Naast dat je een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebt, nauwkeurig bent en goed zelfstandig op pad kan, beschik je over de volgende punten.

- Je beschikt over MBO/MBO+ werk- en denkniveau. - Je woont in de regio (Zuid/Midden-Nederland). - Je spreekt goed Nederlands en bij voorkeur een mondje Duits. - Je hebt ervaring met of kennis van procestechnologie, chemie of de wasserijbranche. - Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.

Wat ga je doen Als Service Manager ben jij de onmisbare link tussen techniek en tevreden klanten! Onze opdrachtgever is een vooraanstaande leverancier van duurzame en milieuvriendelijke wasmiddelen en reinigingssystemen voor de zakelijke markt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het proces bij de afnemers tot in de puntjes klopt.

- Slim programmeren: Je stelt de doseersystemen van wasmachines exact in voor maatwerk en een topresultaat. - Plannen en bezoeken: Samen met je directe collega plan je installaties en regelmatige servicebezoeken in. - Storingen fixen: Loopt er iets vast? Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en lost storingen samen met collega’s en externe partners razendsnel op. - Lanceren en valideren: Je installeert nieuwe systemen en controleert of het proces vlekkeloos blijft draaien.
