Als service medewerker B2B bij bol in Utrecht krijg je de kans om waardevolle B2B-ervaring op te doen bij een van de grootste spelers op de markt. Je leert complexe vraagstukken te analyseren en biedt op maat gemaakte oplossingen. In deze functie focus je op strategisch advies en ondersteuning. Je helpt verkooppartners hun prestaties te analyseren en adviseert hen over het optimaliseren van hun aanbod en productpagina's om meer bereik te realiseren. Je begeleidt de onboarding van nieuwe partners en groeit uit tot een expert. Je zorgt voor een soepele integratie van nieuwe verkooppartners op het platform. Je onderhoudt contact via telefoon, mail en andere kanalen, waarbij je altijd gericht advies geeft en actief meedenkt met de partners. Je investeert in je toekomst met een betaalde training en doorgroeikansen. Je start op 9 november met een uitgebreid, betaald trainingsprogramma van drie weken. Je werkt hybride (50 procent thuis, 50 procent op kantoor in Utrecht) van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 09.00 en 17.00 uur. Vanaf Utrecht Centraal pak je zo de gratis pendelbus naar kantoor.
