Wie ben jij Jij bent een klantgerichte aanpakker die niet schrikt van een beetje hectiek. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, helpt klanten graag met een glimlach én hebt affiniteit met techniek of bouwmaterialen. Vink jij de belangrijkste punten af?

- MBO werk- en denkniveau met ervaring in klantcontact (aan de balie én telefonisch). 🗣️ - Interesse in of kennis van elektrotechniek, installatie- of bouwmaterialen. - Stressbestendig, commercieel ingesteld en zelfstandig in je werk. 💪 - Ervaring in een technische groothandel of bouwmaterialenhandel is een mooie pré!

Wat ga je doen Als Medewerker Servicecentrum ben jij hét aanspreekpunt als het gaat om klantcontact en service! 🤝 Aan de balie ontvang je klanten vriendelijk, geef je deskundig advies en verzorg je de afhaalverkoop. 🛒 Ook telefonisch sta je klanten te woord en beantwoord je hun vragen over producten en bestellingen. 📞

Daarnaast pak je de verwerking van orders en retouren nauwkeurig op en ondersteun je het team bij alle dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het Servicecentrum. 📋 Dankzij jouw inzet en no-nonsense instelling zorg je samen met je collega's voor een optimale klantbeleving en dat de dienstverlening vlekkeloos bli
