Onze klant is een vooraanstaande leverancier van keukenapparatuur en vrijstaande apparaten. Ze winnen met hun merken in de Benelux aan marktaandeel. Onze klant telt meer dan 400 medewerkers waarvan 48 in België. Het Belgische kantoor is gevestigd in een splinternieuw gebouw. Onze klant staat bekend als innovatief met aandacht voor kwaliteit. Het continu inspelen op nieuwe ontwikkelingen en het aanbieden van klantgerichte dienstverleningsconcepten zijn de kernelementen in de strategie van deze onderneming.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je verzorgt technische reparaties aan onze keukenapparatuur en geeft daarnaast uitleg aan consumenten over het gebruik en onderhoud van de apparatuur;
  • Je past de eventuele garantievoorwaarden toe en legt de klantgegevens vast in een volledig geautomatiseerd systeem;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de onderdelen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wij zoeken een klantvriendelijke techneut die het als uitdaging ziet om iedere klant naar volle tevredenheid te helpen. Daarnaast vereist deze veelzijdige functie een hoge mate van flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid.

  • Je beschikt over een TSO of gelijkwaardig diploma richting elektrotechniek/elektronica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B;
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je beheerst de Franse en basis Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent goed in staat om problemen te analyseren en verder ben je klantgericht en representatief.
