Als Service Monteur Bouw ga je zelfstandig op pad om uiteenlopende service-, onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden uit te voeren. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag vervang je een dakraam, stel je een deur af of vervang je een slot. De volgende dag los je een bouwkundig probleem op, herstel je schade of voer je kleine timmerwerkzaamheden uit. Jij bent de vakman die ter plaatse beoordeelt wat nodig is en direct handelt. Creativiteit, zelfstandigheid en oplossingsgericht denken zijn daarbij onmisbaar. Wat ga je doen? - Vervangen van dakramen. - Stellen en afhangen van deuren en kozijnen. - Vervangen en repareren van sloten en hang- en sluitwerk. - Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden. - Oplossen van bouwkundige opleverpunten. - Signaleren van knelpunten en zelfstandig bedenken van oplossingen. - Contact onderhouden met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en collega's.
