Softwarematig. Functieomschrijving Als servicemonteur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het draaiend houden van complete transport- en robotsystemen bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Jij zorgt dat installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven werken. Je analyseert storingen, voert onderhoud uit en grijpt in voordat kleine problemen groot worden. Je werkt zelfstandig bij klanten in Europa en bent daar het technische aanspreekpunt. Waar mogelijk help je klanten ook op afstand bij storingen, in afstemming met de service coördinator. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - Lokaliseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen; - Service en onderhoud aan KUKA-robots en bijbehorende installaties; - Ondersteunen bij opbouw, inbedrijfstelling en testen van installaties; - Testen en analyseren van defecte of vervangen onderdelen; - Vastleggen van werkzaamheden via iPad en service-software; - Technische rapportage en terugkoppeling aan de Service Coördinator; - Uitleg geven aan klanten over werking en basisonderhoud; - Ondersteunen bij gebruikersinstructies en trainingen. Functie-eisen - MBO niveau 3 of 4 richting mechatronica, elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering; - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als service- of onderhoudsmonteur in een industriële omgeving; - Goede kennis van elektrotechniek, mechanica, besturingstechniek en pneumatiek; - Ervaring met industriële robots. KUKA is een sterke pré; - Bereidheid om te reizen binnen Europa; - Je spreekt goed Engels. Duits is mooi meegenomen; - Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid; - Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en collega's; - Je blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht bij storingen.
