Onze klant is een dynamisch en sterk groeiend familiebedrijf dat wereldwijd 7.000 werknemers in dienst heeft. Als aanbieder van compressoren en persluchtoplossingen zijn zij met een eigen distributie- en servicenetwerk wereldwijd actief in meer dan 100 landen. Perslucht wordt gebruikt in bijna alle takken van de industrie.

Functie omschrijving Als Service Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van 15 service techniekers die onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan de persluchtinstallaties van klanten in heel België en Luxemburg.

Je zal dus dagelijks veelvuldig telefonisch contact hebben met de klanten om de inplanning van de techniekers zo vlot en efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen. Je kijkt samen met de klant welke onderhoud er nodig is en welke onderhoudspakketten daarbij horen. Op deze manier plan je de juiste service technieker in die regio.

  • Je hebt technische kennis
  • Je kan jezelf uit de slag trekken in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Bellen is voor jou geen probleem
  • Een echte teamplayer zijn
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk is zeker een grote pluspunt
  • Vlot met een pc werken (Google Workspace, kennis SAP is een pluspunt maar geen must)
