Voor een technisch bedrijf actief in intern transport en heftrucks zoeken we een service planner in Oudenaarde.

Functieomschrijving

Als service planner stuur je dagelijks een team van buitentechniekers aan en zorg je ervoor dat interventies, onderhoud en herstellingen vlot verlopen.

Je bent de schakel tussen klant, technieker en interne diensten. Structuur brengen in chaos dus. Maar wel de goeie soort chaos.

Je takenpakket:

  • Werkplanningen opmaken en bijsturen
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en snel schakelen bij dringende situaties
  • Klanten en techniekers voortdurend op de hoogte houden
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor buitentechniekers
  • Samenwerken met dispatching, technical support en werkplaats
  • Servicebons controleren en administratief opvolgen
  • Mee nadenken over efficiëntere planning en organisatie
  • Overzicht bewaren over interventies en lopende dossiers

Je zit niet heel de dag in spreadsheets verstopt. Dit is een dynamische functie waarbij communicatie en organisatie constant samenkomen.

  • Ervaring binnen planning, dispatching of serviceomgeving
  • Affiniteit met techniek of sterke interesse om dit aan te leren
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Administratief nauwkeurig
  • Goed kunnen plannen en prioriteiten stellen
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld
  • Vlot Nederlands spreken en schrijven
  • Basis Frans en Engels kunnen gebruiken
  • Teamgericht maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken
