Onze geavanceerde technologieën en oplossingen worden gebruikt in diverse sectoren, van laboratoria tot voedselproductie en farmacie. Dagelijks zorgen ruim honderd van onze technici ervoor dat onze apparatuur perfect functioneert bij klanten. Dit doen we door de apparaten periodiek te onderhouden, storingen snel op te lossen, en dagelijks klanten te verblijden met de installatie van nieuwe precisie-instrumenten en weegoplossingen. Dit gaat natuurlijk niet vanzelf, daar hebben we jou voor nodig! In jouw rol als planner ben jij de spil in het succes van onze serviceafdeling. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van storingen, installaties en onderhoud bij onze klanten. Of het nu gaat om een storing bij een grote fabrikant die de productie stillegt, een kalibratie in een apotheek of een installatie in een laboratorium - jij houdt te allen tijde het hoofd koel en jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste technicus met de juiste briefing op de juiste plek komt. We doen dit altijd met het oog op het minimaliseren van reistijd en het verhogen van de uren bij de klant. Onze technicus zit op deze manier zo min mogelijk in de auto, en onze klant kan langer genieten van onze service - voor iedereen wel zo prettig! Je houdt van schakelen, staat stevig in je schoenen en ziet het managen van een constant veranderende planning als een sport. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en technici, verwerkt aanvragen nauwkeurig en bent altijd op zoek naar de beste oplossing, ook onder druk. Verder hou je constant nauw contact met de collega's van verkoop en ben je in overleg met de verschillende teamleiders over de dagelijkse gang van zaken.
