The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Veghel werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid van industriële automatisering in productie- en procesomgevingen. Als Service Software Engineer ondersteun je klanten bij PLC-, SCADA- en MES-systemen, zowel op afstand als op locatie. Je analyseert storingen, beoordeelt de onderhoudsvriendelijkheid van software en adviseert over verbeteringen die herhaling voorkomen. Je komt daarbij in aanraking met sectoren als food, chemie, energie en farmacie, waar beschikbaarheid en beheersbaar onderhoud zwaar wegen. Je werkt in een klein, betrokken serviceteam dat samen 24/7 ondersteuning verzorgt. Je planning bestaat uit dag-, avond- en consignatiediensten, met werkzaamheden bij vaste klanten en nieuwe projecten. Tijdens inspecties en inbedrijfstellingen stem je technische bevindingen af met collega’s en klanten. Naast troubleshooting verdiep je je in cybersecurity, patch management en voorspellend onderhoud. Trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden helpen je om je expertise verder uit te bouwen. Wat ga je doen? - Storingen in PLC-, SCADA- en MES-systemen analyseren en oplossen - Klanten remote en op locatie ondersteunen bij automatiseringsvraagstukken - Inspecties uitvoeren en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstellingen - Softwareoplossingen beoordelen op onderhoudsvriendelijkheid - Adviseren over structurele verbeteringen om storingen te voorkomen - Bijdragen aan cybersecurity, patch management en voorspellend onderhoud - Meedraaien in dag-, avond- en consignatiediensten voor 24/7 ondersteuning Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde technische opleiding in Informatica, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Industriële Automatisering - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Ervaring met of affiniteit voor industriële automatisering en productieomgevingen - Analytisch vermogen en een zelfstandige aanpak bij troubleshooting - Communicatief sterk en klantgericht in je technische ondersteuning - Bereidheid om avond- en consignatiediensten te draaien Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsa.
