Elke dag werken we met zo'n 150 mensen aan de duurzame energietransitie in Nederland. Als grootste duurzame warmteleverancier van het land leveren we aan vele woningen een alternatief voor gas. De installaties die daarvoor nodig zijn moeten het jaar in jaar uit blijven draaien. Dat is geen vanzelfsprekendheid. Dat vraagt om iemand die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt bij storingen, onderhoudspartners aanstuurt en de technische documentatie kloppend houdt. Zo maak jij impact als Service Specialist Jij beheert een eigen portefeuille van installaties en projecten. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene ochtend stuur je een gepland onderhoudsmoment in goede banen, de andere middag los je samen met een onderhoudspartner een urgente storing op. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen Service & Onderhoud, met de onderhoudspartners en met interne en externe opdrachtgevers. Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt dat iedereen vertrouwt. Concreet ga je: - Onderhoudscontracten beheren en optimaliseren, waarbij je KPI's, SLA's en prestaties van onderhoudspartners bewaakt, deze functioneel aanstuurt en zorgt dat contractuele verplichtingen worden nagekomen. - Onderhoudsplannen, coördineren en bewaken op het gebied van preventief, correctief en inspectie gestuurd onderhoud, en de afhandeling van complexe storingen leiden, inclusief oorzaakanalyse en structurele verbetermaatregelen. - Meerjaren Onderhoudsplannen (MJOP's) beheren, deze actualiseren op basis van prestaties en risicoanalyses en adviseren over investeringen en vervangingen. - Budgetten en financiële resultaten van contracten bewaken, offertes, facturen en meerwerk voorstellen beoordelen en rapporteren over afwijkingen en prognoses. - Inspecties en a...
