Hun producten en oplossingen zorgen voor een veilige en waardige ervaring voor bewoners en zorgverleners. Ergonomische hulpmiddelen zoals tilliften, medische bedden, bedpanspoelers, douchestoelen en baden maken deel uit van hun productgamma.

Met meer dan 6.500 medewerkers wereldwijd en 60 jaar ervaring in de zorg voor patiënten en het ondersteunen van professionals, zetten ze hun in om de gezondheid van mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen te verbeteren.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je volgt de planning voor onderhoudscontracten en correctieve acties en springt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast maak je offertes op voor herstellingen en voert ze uit, in samenspraak met de klant.
  • Het uitvoeren van validatietests, elektrische veiligheidstest en belastingstest en het beheren van dossiers doe je punctueel.
  • De opmaak van FLO’s (Field Lead Optimalisation) en het stimuleren van verkoop van onderhoudscontracten, verbruiksartikelen en belastingtests doe je dankzij jouw vlotte communicatie met je klanten. Ook jouw collega’s van de binnendienst en sales hou je op de hoogte.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten voor beperkte support. Daarnaast maak je afspraken met klanten in het geval van serviceaanvragen.
  • Je bent technisch geschoold (A2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring): elektromechanica. Een eerste werkervaring is noodzakelijk.
  • Je communiceert vlot met onze klanten in het Frans en Nederlands, daarnaast heb je een basiskennis Engels.
  • Mooi meegenomen: VCA-attest en/of BA4/BA5, noties sanitair.
  • Autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid gaan hand in hand in deze rol.
  • Je wordt niet afgeschrikt door klantencontact en neemt initiatief. Hierbij krijg je de steun van een Team Coördinator.
