Ben jij een technische duizendpoot die van uitdagingen houdt? Bij ons krijg je de kans om jouw technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en toe te passen, wereldwijd. Als service technieker ben jij diegene die zorgt voor een vlekkeloze installatie en service van geavanceerde machines bij onze klanten. Je doorloopt eerst een grondige training in ons atelier. Gedurende minstens 6 maanden tot een jaar word je opgeleid om de werking van onze machines onder de knie te krijgen. Nadien behoren onder meer volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Installatie en opstart: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van machines en volledige productielijnen bij onze klanten.
  • Service en onderhoud: Als lid van de serviceafdeling sta je ook in voor het onderhoud en de herstellingen van onze machines en je verzorgt de technische trainingen voor onze klanten.
  • Probleemoplossend: Als er problemen of storingen optreden bij de klant, ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en zoek je naar een oplossing. Indien nodig krijg je ondersteuning van collega’s in ons Service – en Automation departement.
  • Verslaglegging: Je houdt dagelijks een verslag bij van je werkzaamheden en bevindingen en koppelt dit terug aan de interne diensten. Dit met het oog op verbeteringen.
  • Wereldwijd: De interventies situeren zich voornamelijk in Europa, maar kunnen ook wereldwijd plaatsvinden.
  • Kennisdeling: Wanneer je niet op interventie bent, werk je samen met het opstartteam in onze productiehal en deel je jouw ervaringen om het hele team sterker te maken.
  • Je genoot een hogere technische opleiding (Bachelor) of bent gelijkwaardig door je ervaring.
  • Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar ervaring als service technieker, bij voorkeur in machinebouw.
  • Een goede kennis van elektromechanica is een must.
  • Kennis van pneumatiek en interesse in besturingstechnieken en PLC’s is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een positief ingestelde collega die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook goed functioneert in team.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel en kan omgaan met deadlines.
  • Je bent bereid om +/- 50% van je tijd te reizen en kan je flexibel opstellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om trainingen te volgen om je vaardigheden uit te breiden.
  • Klantgerichtheid en kwaliteit afleveren zijn twee eigenschappen die jou het best omschrijven.
