Of het nu gaat om een woning die leegstaat of om een klus bij een huurder: jij pakt het op. Je loopt een ronde, ziet direct wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt ervoor dat alles weer tiptop in orde komt. Van kleine reparaties tot complete opknapbeurten: jij regelt het gewoon. Over de functie Als je de woningen van de woningbouwvereniging opknapt, dan regel je alle werkzaamheden die je tegenkomt zelfstandig. Je bent timmerman, maar wordt door die afwisselende werkzaamheden ook wel servicemonteur genoemd. Naast het timmerwerk draai je je hand namelijk niet om voor een kapot stopcontact of het vervangen van een lekkende kraan. Je werk bestaat uit drie belangrijke onderdelen: - Woonservice: huurders bellen de woningstichting met een klacht of reparatiemelding. Aan jou de eer om de reparatie uit te voeren. Je ontvangt bonnen op je tablet en rijdt rond in de wijk. - Verzekering: door storm en woeste regen gaat er wel eens iets kapot. Je doet opnames van schademeldingen voor de verzekeringsmaatschappij en repareert de schade. - Opknappen: als een huurder verhuist, dan wordt de woning volledig opgeknapt voor de nieuwe bewoner. Juist de afwisseling tussen de service en het opknappen zorgt ervoor dat deze baan zo afwisselend is. Je spreekt veel verschillende mensen en komt op veel verschillende plekken.
