Een empathisch ontwerper en onderzoeker die wil bijdragen aan het ontwerpen van diensten en ervaringen met positieve impact, met liefde voor digitale producten en altijd met de gebruiker in het achterhoofd. Over ons Greenberry is een strategisch designbureau dat de wereld om ons heen wil verbeteren. Met ontwerptrajecten, betekenisvolle (digitale) producten en praktische leerervaringen helpen wij verbeteraars impact maken. Wij zijn een team van onderzoekers, ontwerpers, denkers en makers. En samen met onze opdrachtgevers en hun teams ontwerpen we ervaringen met positieve impact. Impact op het klimaat, de jeugdzorg, de gezondheid van Nederland, of aan datgene waarvan jij weet: dít moet beter. En samen met de eindgebruikers, want daar is het ons allemaal om te doen. Wie ben jij? Als Service & UX designer werk je nauw samen met eindgebruikers en klanten om complexe vraagstukken in kaart te brengen, en vertaal je deze naar innovatieve (digitale) diensten, ecosystemen en proposities. Je bent de strategische spil tussen de behoeftes van de gebruiker, de wensen van de klant en de impact die we willen maken. - Je nieuwsgierigheid drijft je om complexe (maatschappelijke) vraagstukken te ontleden. Je pluist alles uit met gedegen onderzoek tot je de absolute kern begrijpt en vertaalt deze inzichten naar heldere strategische uitgangspunten en vernieuwende oplossingen. - Je bent een overstijgende denker die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen diverse projecten en opdrachtgevers, gesteund door je uitgebreide kennis van design thinking, service design en ...
