Deine Aufgaben: Du bist der Macher zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt

* Herzlicher Empfang: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und nimmst Motorräder zur Reparatur, Inspektion oder zum Service an.

* Direktannahme: Du führst die Fahrzeugannahme direkt am Motorrad durch, erkennst den Servicebedarf und veranschaulichst diesen dem Kunden.

* Beratung & Verkauf: Du berätst professionell zu Reparaturen, Zubehör und Wartungsarbeiten und verkaufst aktiv Serviceleistungen.

* Auftragsabwicklung: Du erstellst Kostenvoranschläge, koordinierst die Servicetermine und planst die Werkstattauslastung.

* Schnittstelle: Du kommunizierst reibungslos zwischen Werkstattteam und Kunde und sorgst für termingerechte Fertigstellung.

Dein Profil: Biker-Herz mit technischem Know-how

* Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung als Serviceberater im KFZ- oder Motorradbereich (idealerweise) oder bist ein technisch versierter Quereinsteiger mit schneller Auffassungsgabe.

* Leidenschaft: Motorräder sind für dich mehr als nur ein Fortbewegungsmittel - sie sind dein Hobby und deine Leidenschaft.

* Kommunikation: Du bist offen, freundlich und hast ein Händchen für Kundenbetreuung, auch in hektischen Zeiten.

* EDV-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Werkstattsoftware/Warenwirtschaftssystemen.

* Führerschein: Klasse A und B.
