Functie omschrijving Functieomschrijving Als Service Desk Medewerker (Eerste Lijn) bij Omnia Connect ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten met vragen of problemen met hun internet-, telefonie-, alarm- en cameradiensten. Je zorgt voor een klantgerichte en efficiënte ondersteuning en draagt bij aan een positieve klantervaring. Je werkt nauw samen met de tweedelijns support en andere afdelingen om problemen snel en effectief op te lossen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Klanten te woord staan via telefoon, e-mail en chat over storingen, facturen en technische vragen. - Basisproblemen en storingen analyseren en oplossen, zoals verbindingsproblemen, modemconfiguraties en netwerkinstellingen. - Incidenten registreren en documenteren in het ticketsysteem. - Indien nodig tickets escaleren naar de tweedelijns support of andere afdelingen. - Bijdragen aan kennisbank en FAQ's voor interne en externe doeleinden. - Proactief meedenken over verbeteringen in de dienstverlening.
