Servicedesk Medewerker - Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast - Duiven Quadraam Als servicedesk medewerker ben je onderdeel van het team backoffice op het Centraal Bureau van Quadraam in Duiven. Vanuit hier ondersteun je collega's van onze 14 scholen in Arnhem, de Liemers en Overbetuwe. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin veel gebeurt en waar collega's op je rekenen. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende collega's en geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Vind jij het leuk om vragen uit te zoeken en ervoor te zorgen dat collega's weten waar ze aan toe zijn? Dan horen wij graag van jou. Dit ga je doen - Als servicedesk medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle medewerkers van Quadraam. Je beantwoordt eerstelijns HR- en financiële vragen en helpt collega's snel en duidelijk verder. - Dagelijks sta je collega's te woord via telefoon, mail en tickets. - Opgedane kennis deel je graag met collega's, zodat jullie elkaar steeds beter kunnen helpen. - Licht administratieve werkzaamheden pak je zelfstandig op en zorg je voor een nette afhandeling. - Terugkerende vragen en patronen weet je te signaleren en je denkt mee over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. - Incidenteel ben je de achtervang van de receptie, ontvang je bezoekers en zorg je voor een prettig en gastvrij welkom. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Jullie overleggen veel, helpen elkaar waar nodig en krijgen tegelijkertijd de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Dit bieden wij jou… - Per direct (startdatum in overleg) een jaarcontract van 0,5 fte met de intentie dit na 1 jaar om te zetten naar vast. - Een uitdagende werkomgeving met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao vo. - Salarisschaal 6: €2.672 tot max. €3.610 bruto (cao vo bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
