Je ondersteunt collega's bij hard- en softwarevragen, beheert ICT-middelen en werkt mee aan een veilige en betrouwbare IT-omgeving. Met minimaal één jaar ervaring bouw je jouw kennis van werkplekbeheer, Microsoft 365, systemen en security verder uit. Wat ga je doen? Als ICT Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat collega's prettig en probleemloos kunnen werken met hun digitale middelen. Je helpt bij vragen over hard- en software, lost storingen op en houdt overzicht over openstaande helpdeskmeldingen. Daarnaast beheer je laptops, telefoons en andere ICT-middelen. Je werkt samen met de ICT-dienstverlener en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de ICT-omgeving. Ook krijg je de kans om jouw kennis van werkplekbeheer, systemen en informatiebeveiliging verder uit te bouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Beantwoorden en oplossen van vragen over hard- en software; - Bestellen, installeren en registreren van laptops, telefoons en andere ICT-middelen; - Beheren en opvolgen van helpdeskmeldingen; - Afstemmen met de externe ICT-dienstverlener over openstaande incidenten; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de ICT-omgeving; - Werken volgens het geldende informatiebeveiligingsbeleid; - Actueel en betrouwbaar houden van de CMDB.
