Je zorgt ervoor dat hun reiservaring soepel en prettig verloopt door klantgericht te werken en administratieve taken nauwkeurig uit te voeren. In deze dynamische rol werk je op verschillende locaties en tijden, wat vraagt om flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen. Jouw inzet draagt direct bij aan de toegankelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid van het openbaar vervoer in de stad. Wat ga je doen: - Reizigers informeren en ondersteunen bij vragen, het kopen van tickets en abonnementen. - Openen en sluiten van vestigingen volgens vaste procedures. - Beheren van de loketvoorraad en uitvoeren van administratieve taken, zoals kascontroles. - Signaleren van verstoringen in de dienstverlening en hierover schakelen met betrokken afdelingen. - Werken op verschillende locaties en tijden, afgestemd op de behoeften van de dienst. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto uurloon van € 16,57, met toeslagen van 25-50% voor avonden en weekenden. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. - Parttime functie van 24 tot 25 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden voor een goede werk-privébalans. - 100% vergoeding van OV-reiskosten met een GVB-reispas. - Toegang tot interne trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen GVB. - Een werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, diversiteit en jouw professionele groei centraal staan.
