Wij zoeken iemand die ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke functie in de automotive of een stap wil maken. Automotive ervaring is VEREIST

In deze rol geef je richting aan de aftersalesafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat klanten én collega-s elke dag kunnen rekenen op een hoog serviceniveau. Je werkt in een omgeving waar nuchterheid, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Service Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de aftersales. Jij bewaakt processen, stuurt teams aan en zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving. Concreet betekent dit dat je: *Leidinggeeft aan het serviceteam, waaronder werkplaats, receptie en magazijn; *Zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en optimale inzet van mensen en middelen: *Kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en rendement bewaakt en verder ontwikkelt; *Resultaten analyseert en verbetervoorstellen initieert; *Processen structureert en professionaliseert; *Actief bijdraagt aan groei en toekomstbestendigheid van de afdeling.
