The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Soesterberg werk je aan het onderhouden, verbeteren, vernieuwen en verplaatsen van productielijnen en materialhandlinginstallaties. Als servicemonteur industriële automatisering combineer je elektrotechniek met kennis van besturingen, mechanica en pneumatiek. Je onderzoekt storingen, past bestaande besturingssystemen aan en helpt machines veilig en betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Daarbij werk je onder meer met sensoren, aandrijvingen, transportbanden en veiligheidsvoorzieningen. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen diagnose, onderhoud en technische aanpassingen. Je overlegt met operators over het gedrag van een installatie en werkt samen met specialisten in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde en automatisering. Zo kijk je niet alleen naar een defect onderdeel, maar ook naar de wisselwerking tussen PLC-besturing, motion control en de machine. Je kunt je kennis verder verbreden via persoonlijke ontwikkeling en uiteenlopende werkzaamheden, regionaal, landelijk en desgewenst internationaal. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden en verbeteren van productielijnen en materialhandlinginstallaties - Analyseren en verhelpen van elektrische, besturingstechnische en aanverwante storingen - Implementeren en uitbreiden van bestaande besturingssystemen - Verplaatsen van machines en controleren van aansluitingen en werking - Controleren van sensoren, aandrijvingen, pneumatische cilinders en kleppen - Implementeren en onderhouden van noodstops, veiligheidslaserscanners en andere veiligheidsvoorzieningen - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden en verbeteringen met operators en technische specialisten Functie-eisen - Mbo-diploma niveau 3 of 4 in Elektrotechniek en/of Industriële Automatisering - Meerdere jaren relevante industriële ervaring, bij voorkeur als servicemonteur - Kennis van elektrische systemen, PLC-programmering, motion control en sensortechniek - Inzicht in mechanica, pneumatiek, machineveiligheid en onderhoudsstrategieën - Zelfstandigheid, verant.
