Een baan boordevol - Impact: met goedwerkende werktuigbouwkundige installaties draag je bij aan een gezond en comfortabel klimaat op plekken waar veel mensen samenkomen, veelal bij appartementencomplexen. - Ondernemerschap: samen met de klant en de planning stem je af wat je per dag gaat doen. Zelf zorg je voor alle benodigde materialen. - Samenwerking: je band met collega's is hecht, maar zeker zo goed is je band met klanten. Samen zorgen jullie voor een goed verloop van het onderhoud. Jij gaat het maken Ventilatiesystemen, drinkwaterinstallaties en warmtepompen. Allemaal installaties die zorgen voor een gezond en comfortabel binnenklimaat in woningen. Goed onderhoud is daarom van groot belang. Daar ben jij als servicemonteur wonen verantwoordelijk voor. Hoe je dat doet? Zó: - Je voert zelfstandig preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan werktuigkundige installaties in woningen. - Je signaleert storingen en gebreken en zorgt dat deze snel en vakkundig worden verholpen. - Je geeft bewoners uitleg over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een klantgerichte service. - Storing? Dan los je die zo snel mogelijk op. En elke X weken heb je een week storingsdienst, waarbij je ook 's avonds en in het weekend bereikbaar bent. - Je stemt je werkzaamheden af met de planning, zodat alles soepel verloopt.
