Ben jij een ervaren serviceplanner die graag het overzicht bewaart, snel schakelt en stevig in zijn schoenen staat? Heb je affiniteit met techniek en help je klanten graag verder? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Serviceplanner ben je de schakel tussen klanten en techniekers. Je verzorgt de planning en opvolging van de serviceactiviteiten voor B&G en Bam Bormet, actief in onder meer toegangstechniek en slagbomen.
  • Je plant techniekers in voor montage, onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Je verwerkt serviceaanvragen en tickets en maakt de nodige werkorders aan.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en probeert hen waar mogelijk telefonisch verder te helpen.
  • Je coördineert de interventies, meldt techniekers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte voorbereiding.
  • Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten en stuurt de planning bij waar nodig.
  • Je volgt de werkorders op tot en met de administratieve afhandeling en facturatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse serviceplanning vlot verloopt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met serviceplanning. Ervaring met uitsluitend transportplanning volstaat niet.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit, bijvoorbeeld met elektriciteit of elektromechanica.
  • Ervaring met toegangstechniek of slagbomen is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, denkt logisch na en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent stressbestendig en zoekt graag praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht en durft klanten zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans te woord te staan.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
