Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Software-Servicetechniker (m/w/d), der unsere Automatisierungslösungen von der Entwicklung bis zum erfolgreichen Einsatz auf der Maschine begleitet. Sie unterstützen Inbetriebnahmen, analysieren technische Herausforderungen im Feld und bringen Ihre Erkenntnisse direkt in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Optimierung bestehender Steuerungs- und Automatisierungslösungen

* Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Serviceeinsätzen und Fehleranalysen im In- und Ausland

* Nach der Einarbeitungszeit Mitarbeit im Level-2-Support für unsere Automatisierungslösungen

* Systematische Analyse technischer Auffälligkeiten und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Inbetriebnahme und Entwicklung - vom ersten Befund bis zur erprobten Lösung

* Entwicklung und Wartung automatisierter Test- und Diagnoseroutinen für Inbetriebnahmen sowie wiederkehrende System-Selbsttests

Ihr Profil

* Technische Ausbildung in Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung

* Verständnis für industrielle Automatisierungslösungen (Steuerungen, Feldbusse, Sensorik, Aktorik)

* Erfahrung oder großes Interesse an Softwareentwicklung mit Structured Text (IEC 61131-3) und idealerweise C

* Kenntnisse in B&R Automation Studio

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Außeneinsätzen (max 20%)

Eine vollständige Erfüllung aller Anforderungen erwarten wir nicht. Entscheidend sind eine solide technische Grundlage, Eigeninitiative und die Begeisterung, komplexe Maschinen im Zusammenspiel von Software und Hardware zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln.
