Zur Unterstützung suchen wir einen/e: 1 Servicetechniker / Mechanischer Monteur (m/w/d) - Inbetriebnahme & Service von Großwerkzeugmaschinen Arbeitsort: weltweit

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Mechanische und elektrotechnische Montage von Werkzeugmaschinen und Industrieanlagen im Werk sowie weltweit beim Kunden

* Aufbau, Installation und vollständige Inbetriebnahme unserer Anlagen - von der Montage bis zur finalen Abnahme

* Durchführung von Service-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten zur Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit

* Fehlersuche, Diagnose und Störungsbehebung in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik und Steuerung

* Parametrierung und Optimierung von Steuerungs- und Antriebssystemen

* Mechanische Nachjustierung und Feinabstimmung für höchste Präzision und Leistung

* Technische Betreuung und Schulung unserer Kunden vor Ort

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Industriemechanik, Elektrotechnik)

* Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Montage, Service, Inbetriebnahme oder Maschinenbau von Vorteil

* Solide Kenntnisse in Mechanik, idealerweise ergänzt durch Grundkenntnisse in Elektrik und Steuerungstechnik

* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft weltweit
