SharePoint & M365 Consultant

Bij ConXioN helpen we klanten om meer uit hun Microsoft 365-omgeving te halen door slimme, op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bouwen. Binnen ons Modern Workplace-team zijn we op zoek naar een SharePoint & M365 Consultant die organisaties inspireert en begeleidt naar een moderne digitale werkplek.

Jouw day to day als SharePoint & M365 Consultant:

  • Klanten inspireren over de mogelijkheden van de moderne werkplek binnen het Microsoft 365-ecosysteem.
  • Workshops (strategisch & operationeel) leiden om tot de ideale architectuur te komen.
  • Implementaties uitvoeren, migraties verrichten en aanpassingen maken in de Modern Workplace-omgeving.
  • Trainingen en begeleiding geven aan klanten en gebruikers tijdens migraties.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan collega’s tijdens presales en IT-projecten.

Je komt terecht bij een sterke Microsoft-partner waar je up-to-date blijft met de nieuwste trends en jouw expertise binnen Modern Workplace verder ontwikkelt.

  • Je hebt al een sterke, bewezen ervaring met SharePoint-projecten: ontwerpen, implementeren, migratieprojecten, SharePoint Designer. Verder heb je sterke kennis binnen Teams en OneDrive. Kennis binnen Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Azure en cloudtechnologie in het algemeen is zeer waardevol.
  • Je bent in staat om zelf doelgerichte workshops te organiseren, waarbij je noden en technologie met mekaar matcht en dit kan vertalen in een raamwerk richting implementatie. Je hebt goede public speaking skills, voor het geven van de workshops ben je ook vlot Nederlands- en Engelstalig. Frans is een bijkomende troef voor onze klanten in het zuiden van West-Vlaanderen.
  • Je hebt een zelfstandige, hands-on aanpak waardoor je jouw analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen praktisch kan toepassen tijdens IT-projecten. Jouw communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden zorgen ervoor dat je ingewikkelde IT-processen in duidelijke taal kan uitleggen en hands-on aan de slag kan.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B om jezelf naar klanten te verplaatsen.
  • Je hebt interesse in AI en bent bekend met generatieve AI zoals Copilot en ChatGPT.
  • Extra troeven: ervaring met Powershell scripting, PnP, SPFx, Microsoft Purview, PROSCI-certificatie.
