Sinds onze start zijn we razendsnel gegroeid en inmiddels werken we met een gedreven team van zo'n 50 collega's dagelijks aan een schoner en mobieler Nederland. Jij als specialist Als Administratief Medewerker Schade ben jij dé spil in ons schadeproces. Je verwerkt alle binnenkomende meldingen via ons ticketsysteem en onze eigen BackOffice, en onderhoudt het contact met onze huurders. Met jouw grondige uitzoekwerk verzamel je alle details en zorg je dat de juiste informatie direct bij de juiste collega belandt. Tevens leiden wij je intern op tot specialist! Je werkt nauw samen met je teamgenoten en rapporteert aan de Schade Lead. Wat ga je doen? - Klantcontact: Je staat onze huurders vriendelijk en professioneel te woord over schades. - Dossieropbouw: Je verwerkt schademeldingen en maakt accurate schadedossiers aan. - Opvolging: Je pakt binnenkomende taken en follow-ups binnen de afdeling snel op. - Financiële afhandeling: Je zorgt voor het correct doorbelasten van het eigen risico.
