Signature Foods Tapas is een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op het maken van heerlijke tapas, van wraps en gevulde pepers tot serranohamrolletjes. In deze rol als Shift Coördinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen het team op de werkvloer en het management. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en dat de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd. Je werkt nauw samen met (allround) operators en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer. Dankzij jouw inzet draait elke shift gesmeerd. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt de voortgang, veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning van de productie; - Coacht en motiveert het team en verdeelt samen met (allround) operators de werkzaamheden; - Zorgt voor heldere communicatie en overdracht tussen de verschillende shifts; - Lost (technische) procesproblemen snel en effectief op; - Streeft continu naar procesoptimalisatie en draagt bij aan de veiligheidscultuur; - Signaleert knelpunten en komt met verbetervoorstellen. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde mbo 3+ opleiding, bij voorkeur in (proces)techniek of logistiek; - Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie; - Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van teams met diverse achtergronden en ervaringsniveaus; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal; - Ervaring met ERP-systemen en het MS Office-pakket; - Een scherp oog voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit (HACCP); - Eigen vervoer en bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken (incidenteel ook weekend- of nachtdiensten). Wij bieden - Een uitdagende functie binnen een informele werkomgeving; - Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en het aandragen van verbeteringen; - Bruto salaris tussen de 3500,- en 4500,- afhankelijk van de ervaring. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en pensioenregeling via VLEP; - Werken met de lekkerste tapas van Nederland!
