Als Shift Supervisor 2-ploegen zorg jij ervoor dat onze dagelijkse operaties soepel, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk, en stimuleert een cultuur waarin medewerkers groeien, verantwoordelijkheid nemen én zich goed voelen in wat ze doen.

Jouw rol

In deze cruciale functie ben jij het hart van de operatie. Jij:

  • Leidt, coacht en motiveert jouw team richting sterke prestaties en persoonlijke groei.
  • Plant resources en organiseert de dagelijkse activiteiten zodat productiviteit, kwaliteit en service steeds op punt staan.
  • Waarborgt naleving van alle bedrijfsrichtlijnen, processen en gezondheids- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Analyseert cijfers en performance indicators om verbeterkansen te identificeren.
  • Creëert een veilige, inclusieve en positieve werkomgeving gebaseerd op vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid.
