FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als productieleider organiseer en leid je een team, verbeter je productieprocessen, waarborg je kwaliteit, veiligheid, en werk je samen met diverse afdelingen.

Wat je doet

  • Organiseren, coördineren en leiding geven aan een productieteam
  • Berekenen van de belangrijkste indicatoren: schrootafval, het verbruik van grondstoffen, de beschikbaarheid, de stilstanden
  • Voorstellen formuleren ter verbetering van deze indicatoren
  • Zorgen voor just in time aanlevering van de grondstoffen
  • Verzekeren van de kwaliteit en de conformiteit van de producten
  • Opstart en toezicht op de productielijn
  • Aandacht voor de communicatie tussen de verschillende werkposten
  • Bepaalt de volgorde van de productie rekening houdend met de planning
  • Informeert over de voortgang van de planning
  • Stelt de rapporten op betreffende de indicatoren.
  • Participeert aan de productievergadering met de afdeling kwaliteit en Maintenance
  • Neemt deel aan alle teamactiviteiten
  • Detecteert en informeert over de afwijkingen
  • Voert waar nodig corrigerende maatregelen in
  • Zorgt voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • Controleert de conformiteit van de bestellingen
  • Optimaliseert de werktijd
  • Waakt over de correcte toepassing van de regels inzake veiligheid en gezondheid
  • Neemt deel aan de jaarlijkse individuele evaluaties van de teamleden
  • Zorg voor een voldoende opleiding en follow-up van alle (nieuwe) werknemers
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor het onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers Introtekst
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen zoals planning, transport, verkoop en onderhoud
  • Ziet toe op de correcte gebruikswijze van de procedures

PROFIEL

Wie je bent:

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Organisatietalent
  • Communicatief
  • Oog voor detail
  • Je staat open voor opleiding in 2 ploegen
  • Durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • Vaardig met computer, in het bijzonder Excel en SAP
  • Goede kennis van productieproces en afgewerkte producten
  • Werken in teamverband
  • Kennis van PBM’s en gevaarlijke producten
