38,5 Std. / Woche - ab sofort

Aufgabengebiete:

* Leitung der Personalführungsthemen und Personalplanung

* Überwachung und Analyse von KPIs

* Aufbereitung der Kleidung und Platzierung am PoS

* Unterstützung des Visual Merchandisers

* Proaktive und abschlussorientierte Kund_innenberatung

* Eigenständiges, innovatives Arbeiten

* Unterstützung des Teams im "Daily Business"

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem "VERO MODA"-Team

* Bearbeitung von Umtausch und Reklamationen

* Store öffnen/schließen, sowie Kassenabschluss

* Mitverantwortung für die Inventur und deren Durchführung

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Leidenschaft für Mode, Trends und Verkauf

* Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Sorgfältigkeit

* Kompetenz im Umgang mit Zahlen und unternehmerisches Denken

* Selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Lernbereitschaft und Aufgeschlossenheit für Neues

* Empathie, Eigeninitiative und positive Ausstrahlung

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte und Lehrlinge in Handelsbetrieben und beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis ab € 2.535 brutto (Gehaltsstufe 1). Die tatsächliche Einstufung erfolgt entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gemäß Kollektivvertrag. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, die wir gerne im persönlichen Bewerbungsgespräch besprechen.
