Als Risk Expert binnen Achmea Bank zorg je ervoor dat risico's, processen en beheersmaatregelen op elkaar aansluiten en actueel blijven. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met praktische uitvoering en werkt samen met stakeholders in de hele organisatie aan het versterken van het risicomanagement. In deze functie vervul je een dubbele rol. Enerzijds ben je verantwoordelijk voor de regie op de jaarlijkse Systematische Integriteitsrisicoanalyse (SIRA). Anderzijds werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling en actualisatie van het Control Framework van Achmea Bank. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar risico's en beheersmaatregelen, faciliteert workshops en Risk Self Assessments en zorgt voor heldere rapportages en vastlegging. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de aantoonbare beheerste en integere bedrijfsvoering van Achmea Bank. De betrokkenheid van directie, proceseigenaren, compliance-, audit- en riskprofessionals maakt deze rol impactvol en zichtbaar binnen de organisatie.
