Als Site Leader ben jij de onmisbare schakel die technisch vernuft combineert met een krachtige aansturing op de werf. De Site Leader is verantwoordelijk voor de nauwgezette opvolging en controle van de activiteiten van de aannemer en de werfploeg. Het hoofddoel is de realisatie van de werken binnen de gestelde termijnen en conform de kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen zoals beschreven in het bestek.

  • Voorafgaand aan de werken worden het bestek en de bijbehorende plannen grondig bestudeerd.
  • De werkzaamheden op de werf worden georganiseerd en gepland teneinde de kwaliteit en de efficiëntie van de uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Technische problemen worden op permanente basis opgelost vanuit de aanwezige vakkennis en ervaring.
  • Het werfteam wordt op een heldere manier geïnformeerd, gemotiveerd en aangestuurd.
  • Er wordt nauwgezet toezicht gehouden op de naleving van de wettelijke voorschriften inzake veiligheid en milieu.
  • Het volledige werfdossier, inclusief het dagboek der werken, werfrapporten en het as-builtdossier, wordt nauwgezet opgesteld en beheerd in de beschikbare systemen.
  • De vorderingsstaten worden systematisch gecontroleerd en gedocumenteerd.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een technische richting, zoals bouwkunde of mechanica.
  • Je beschikt over 2 tot 4 jaar werfervaring of gelijkwaardige technische kennis binnen bouwkunde of mechanica.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opvolgen van werven en met het aansturen van teams.
  • Je hebt tevens ervaring met de administratieve opvolging die bij een werf komt kijken.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen in een groep medewerkers binnen een gestructureerde organisatie.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je makkelijk aan veranderende werkomstandigheden aan, waarbij je ook bereid bent om regelmatig nacht- en weekendwerk te doen.
  • Je werkt nauwgezet en gestructureerd en volgt de geldende procedures strikt op.
  • Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
