Als SCP-zertifiziertes Unternehmen mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung und fachlicher Kompetenz im Personalmanagement zählen wir uns zu den Top-Personaldienstleistern in Österreich. 1 Site Material Manager (SMM) (m/w/d) Der Site Material Manager (SMM) ist verantwortlich für die Steuerung aller Materialflüsse auf einer Baustelle, um sicherzustellen, dass Materialien rechtzeitig verfügbar, korrekt behandelt und während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus vollständig nachvollziehbar sind.

Hauptaufgaben

· Materialabwicklung & Übergabe: Koordination von Lieferungen, Prüfung der Materialien auf Vollständigkeit und Schäden, Dokumentation sowie ordnungsgemäße Übergabe an Montageteams.

· Lagerung & Bestandsmanagement: Verwaltung der Lagerflächen vor Ort, Sicherstellung geeigneter Lagerbedingungen sowie Kontrolle von Materialausgaben, Rückgaben und Beständen.

· Verfolgung & Dokumentation: Transparente Nachverfolgung aller Materialbewegungen mithilfe von Systemen wie dem Site Material Tracker (SMT).

· Logistikkoordination: Enge Abstimmung mit Logistik, Auftragnehmern und Projektmanagement zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Materialbereitstellung an den Arbeitsbereichen.

· Qualität & Compliance: Durchführung von Prüfungen und Audits, um die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Vertrags- und Sicherheitsanforderungen zu gewährleisten.

· Projektunterstützung: Erstellung von Berichten zu Materialstatus, Risiken und Beständen zur Unterstützung der Projektsteuerung und Kostentransparenz.

Nur Vollzeitstelle. Keine hochqualifizierte Ausbildung erforderlich.

Wichtige Schnittstellen

Der SMM arbeitet eng mit Projektleitern, Logistikteams, Auftragnehmern, Einkauf und regionalen Einheiten zusammen.

Erforderliche Kompetenzen

Hintergrund in Logistik, Supply Chain oder Ingenieurwesen

· Erfahrung im Bauumfeld bzw. Materialmanagement

· Starke Koordinations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten

· Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Führerschein Klasse C

* Tätigkeit im Bereich Lagerverwaltung.

Staplerschein ist ein Muss-Kriterium.

Es wird mit dem Online-Tool "Site Material Tracker" gearbeitet.

Einsatzort: Bruck an der Leitha / Baustelle

Nur Vollzeitstelle. Keine hochqualifizierte Ausbildung erforderlich.
