Als Smart Hersteller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van uiteenlopende carrosserieherstellingen. Je werkt vanuit een volledig uitgeruste Smart-box en staat in voor het volledige herstelproces, van voorbereiding tot afwerking. Dankzij jouw vakkennis zorg je ervoor dat voertuigen opnieuw in perfecte staat de werkplaats verlaten.

Je herstelt het koetswerk van onder andere Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA en diverse andere merken. Daarbij voer je werkzaamheden uit zoals demontage en montage, plaatwerk, richten, voorbereiden en afwerken van voertuigen. Ook uitdeuken, plamuren, schuren en het aanbrengen van grondlagen behoren tot jouw dagelijkse taken.

Wat ga je precies doen?

  • Uitvoeren van smart repairs volgens de voorgeschreven technieken en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Herstellen van kleine lakschades via spot repair.
  • Uitvoeren van multispot-herstellingen.
  • Herstellen en opknappen van beschadigde velgen.
  • Herstellen van bumpers en kunststof onderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van interieurherstellingen aan onder andere kunststof, leder en stof.
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve afwerking met oog voor detail.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplaats.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

  • In het bezit van een diploma of getuigschrift binnen de carrosserie.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de carrosseriebranche. Ervaring met spotrepairherstellingen vormt een sterke troef.
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren volgens het opgestelde expertiseverslag van de verzekeringsmaatschappij.
  • Een houding die wordt gekenmerkt door betrouwbaarheid, betrokkenheid, gedrevenheid en een resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Oog voor detail en het afleveren van kwalitatief vakmanschap.
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust te werk gaan.
  • Sterke teamspirit en vlot samenwerken met collega's.
  • Bereidheid om bijkomende opleidingen te volgen en kennis verder uit te breiden.
  • Beschikken over een geldig rijbewijs B.
