Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV) I Bouwen aan vertrouwen Organisatie: STEVIG Locatie: Heerlen Opleidingsniveau HBO Uren per week 24 - 36 uur Als sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt met wie de cliënt contact maakt - dé sleutel tot een vertrouwde start van de behandeling. Dit ga je doen Jij bent de eerste persoon binnen STEVIG met wie de cliënt contact maakt. Een belangrijk moment voor het vertrouwen en de start van de behandeling. Na de screening lever je een bijdrage aan de diagnostiek . Vanuit de diagnose stel je samen met het netwerk en betrokken interne en externe hulpverleners een behandelplan op, met als doel dat de cliënt zoveel mogelijk de regie over zijn eigen leven terugkrijgt. Tijdens de behandeling houd je nauwlettend in de gaten hoe het proces verloopt en hoe het met de cliënt gaat. Met jouw enthousiasme en professionaliteit weet je de cliënt te stimuleren om stapjes te zetten in zijn ontwikkeling. Hier ga je werken Op onze locatie in Heerlen heten we jou van harte welkom! Met wie werk je Bij STEVIG werk je nauw samen met de cliënt, zijn omgeving en je collega's. Daarnaast heb je goed contact met verwanten en overleg je met behandelaren en externe hulpverleners over wat de cliënt nodig heeft en welke behandelingen worden ingezet. Je collega's zijn begeleiders , sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundigen , vaktherapeuten , psychologen en psychiaters . Wij bieden jou - Direct een vast contract (minimaal 24 uur - maximaal 36 uur per week); - Salaris minimaal € 3.551,- tot € 5.926,- bruto, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;. - 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering, een uitstekende reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling; - Fisc Free programma: tot € 400 fiscaal voordeel op fiets, fitness, tablet of cadeaukaarten; - Een flexibel rooster en eventueel onregelmatigheidstoeslag; - Volop mogelijk...
