Pro Persona zoekt een Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV) | IHT/Crisisdienst | Nijmegen Als Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige in de crisisdienst is geen dag hetzelfde. Jij maakt écht het verschil op de momenten dat het er het meest toe doet. Werk in een hecht team, met veel afwisseling en directe impact op het leven van mensen in psychische nood. Jouw impact Als Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige in de crisisdienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen in acute psychische nood, waarbij vaak sprake is van een gevaar voor zichzelf en/of hun omgeving. Jij beoordeelt samen met een arts en psychiater de situatie, stelt diagnoses en biedt direct passende interventies. Je werkt outreachend in de regio Nijmegen, omdat we geloven dat je iemand het beste kunt helpen in zijn of haar eigen leefomgeving. Je doet triage, de-escaleert crisissituaties en helpt mensen weer grip te krijgen op hun leven. Daarbij gebruik je jouw kennis van psychiatrische toestandsbeelden en suïcidaliteit. Je werkt in een 24-uursrooster, samen met collega's die net als jij stevig in hun schoenen staan en snel kunnen schakelen. Buiten kantoortijden werk je vanuit huis, met een laptop en telefoon van de zaak. Wat deze functie uniek maakt? De enorme afwisseling, de directe impact die je hebt én de ruimte om zelfstandig te handelen binnen een professioneel team. Hier ga je aan de slag Je komt te werken bij een betrokken en nuchter team van ongeveer 19 collega's binnen Pro Persona Nijmegen. De sfeer is open, collegiaal en gericht op samenwerking. De crisisdienst en de intensive home treatment (IHT) zijn volop in ontwikkeling. We werken nauw samen met klinieken, poliklinieken en FACT-teams om zoveel mogelijk zorg thuis te bieden en opnames te voorkomen.
