Sociaal Werker Herstelcentrum dag- en nachtopvang 24-36 uur per week in Roosendaal en Bergen op Zoom Jouw nieuwe baan Werk jij dagelijks met mensen die te maken hebben met psychiatrische problematiek,verslaving of complexe sociale situaties? Dan weet je hoe belangrijk vertrouwen, rust en eenluisterend oor zijn. In het Herstelcentrum Dag- en Nachtopvang begeleid je mensen die dak- of thuisloos zijn.Vaak spelen er meerdere uitdagingen tegelijk, zoals psychische problemen, verslaving,schulden of een gebrek aan sociaal netwerk. Juist daar maak jij het verschil. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en perspectief en bent aanwezig op de momenten waarop iemandje nodig heeft. Je motiveert de gasten door het organiseren en uitvoeren van herstelgerichteactiviteiten in groepsverband, die aansluiten bij hun persoonlijke doelen en talenten. In jouw rolbied je een veilige, stimulerende omgeving waarin gasten stap voor stap kunnen werken aanhun herstel, met behoud van eigen regie. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar één ding staat altijdcentraal: de mens achter het verhaal. Hier ga je werken Bij WijZijn maken we het verschil voor inwoners van jong tot oud in 10 gemeentes. We biedenondersteuning, begeleiding en opvang waar dat het hardst nodig is, van kinderen en gezinnentot ouderen en mensen die dak- en thuisloos zijn. Je wordt ingezet op ons herstelcentrum in Bergen op Zoom of op onze tijdelijke locatie inRoosendaal, waar we mensen die dak- en thuisloos zijn een veilige en menswaardige plekbieden. Samen met je team help je gasten bij het zetten van stappen richting zelfstandigwonen, passende zorg, dagbesteding en schuldhulpverlening. Bij WijZijn kom je terecht in een betrokken, professioneel team waarin samenwerking,vertrouwen en menselijkheid centraal staan.
