Für... 1 Social Media & Content Concept Manager (all genders) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Planung, Konzeption und Ausarbeitung informativer, kreativer und zielgruppengerechter Inhalte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam * Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Produkt-, Marken- und Social-Media-Kampagnen über verschiedene digitale und analoge Kanäle hinweg * Konzeption plattformspezifischer Inhalte und Formate für relevante Social-Media-Kanäle * Übersetzung von Marken- und Kommunikationszielen in konkrete Content-Ideen, Themenwelten, Kampagnenmechaniken und Redaktionsansätze * Erstellung von Content-Briefings, Guidelines und Leitfäden für das interne Redaktionsteam sowie für externe Agenturen und Dienstleister * Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Content- und Social-Media-Strategie * Verfassen klarer, kreativer und zielgruppengerechter Texte - von Social-Media-Posts und Headlines bis hin zu Kampagnenbotschaften und Bewegtbildkonzepten * Präsentation und überzeugende Vermittlung von Ideen, Konzepten und Kampagnenansätzen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern * Begleitung von Content-Produktionen von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien, Geisteswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Social-Media-Plattformen, ihrer Zielgruppen, Funktionsweisen und plattformspezifischen Content-Anforderungen * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für digitale Kommunikation, aktuelle Social-Media-Trends und die Entwicklung zeitgemäßer Content-Formate * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und besondere Stärke in der Entwicklung prägnanter, kreativer und zielgruppengerechter Texte * Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kampagnen, Storyboards, Skripten oder redaktionellen Content-Konzepten * Sicherer und reflektierter Umgang mit KI-Tools im kreativen, redaktionellen und konzeptionellen Arbeitsprozess * Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Hohe Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit, insbesondere bei produktions-, produkt- oder projektbedingten Abhängigkeiten * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, auf Unternehmens- oder Agenturseite, ist von Vorteil * Offenheit für neue Entwicklungen sowie hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien, Social Media und innovativen Kommunikationsformaten * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
