Im Romantikhotel Zell am See verbinden sich Tradition, Herzlichkeit und die wunderbare Salzburger Bergwelt zu einem ganz besonderen Ort.

Als traditionsreiches 4-Sterne-Hotel mit viel Herz möchten wir unseren Gästen nicht nur schöne Urlaubstage bereiten, sondern auch die Geschichten dahinter erzählen.

Dafür suchen wir ab der Wintersaison 2026/2027 eine kreative, engagierte Persönlichkeit als 1 Social Media- und Marketing Mitarbeiter_in (m/w/d) die unsere Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft digital sichtbar macht.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Präsenz, insbesondere Instagram und Facebook

* Entwicklung kreativer Ideen für Fotos, Videos, Reels, Stories und Beiträge

* Erstellung von Texten und Bildmaterial rund um unser Hotel, unsere Angebote und die Region Zell am See

* Planung und Umsetzung von saisonalen Marketingmaßnahmen und Kampagnen

* Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Website sowie weiterer digitaler Plattformen

* Unterstützung bei der Bewerbung von Packages, Veranstaltungen und besonderen Hotelmomenten

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Hotelleitung und den verschiedenen Abteilungen

* Beobachtung aktueller Social-Media-Trends und Entwicklung neuer Ideen

* Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen und Weiterentwicklung unserer Online-Kommunikation

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Marketing, Content Creation oder Online-Kommunikation

* Sicheres Gespür für Sprache, Bildsprache und ansprechendes Storytelling

* Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Ideen selbstständig umzusetzen

* Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen

* Erfahrung mit Foto- und Videobearbeitung sowie gängigen Content-Tools von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Medien und gängigen Office-Anwendungen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Interesse an Hotellerie, Tourismus und der Region Zell am See

* Ein Auge fürs Detail und ein Gespür für authentische, emotionale Inhalte

Entlohnung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und wird im persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart. Es gilt der jeweils gültige Kollektivvertrag für die Hotellerie und Gastronomie.
