Deine Mission In dieser vielfältigen und vielseitigen Rolle bist du zuständig für die Beratung, die technische Umsetzung, Einrichtung, Implementierung und Konfiguration von Kundenprojekten/-Aufträgen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Abrechnung und Verwaltung von Pflegeorganisationen sowie der punktuellen technischen Unterstützung im Hintergrund bei Supportfällen. Dies können z.B. Schnittstellen oder Systemupdates, aber auch kundenspezifische Berichte oder Konfigurationen in der Datenbank sein.

Was du tun wirst: ºVorbereitung, Installation und Konfiguration der hauseigenen Lösung auf SQL Basis im direkten Zusammenhang mit ELGA ºSelbständige Umsetzung von Kundenaufträgen resp. technischen Aufträgen aus Kundenprojekten ºAusarbeitung von Lösungen, Architekturen und Umstiegs-Möglichkeiten für den Kunden ºEinrichten von Schnittstellen, Durchführen von Updates, Implementieren von Konfigurationen und Anpassungen in den Kundenlösungen resp. der Datenbank ºTest, Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung während den Kundenprojekten sowie als Unterstützung im Hintergrund für den Support ºMitarbeit in der täglichen Verbesserung von Abläufen, Standards sowie der Softwarelösungen und eingesetzten Tools ºProgrammierung kundenspezifischer Logiken in C# im Rahmen der Softwareanpassung ºEinrichtung und Betrieb von Installationen mithilfe von Docker in Linux-basierten Umgebungen ºTechnische Umsetzung und Anpassung buchhalterischer Anforderungen

Dein Profil ºEine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium (HTL, FH, Universität) ºErfahrung in der Systemadministration, Datenbankadministration oder Softwareprogrammierung ºNachweisliche Datenbankkenntnisse in SQL / T-SQL und MSSQL Datenbanksystemen ºErfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik, Betriebssystemen und Applikationen ºDeine außerordentlichen Steuerungsfähigkeiten stellen sicher, dass Du Projekte erfolgreich leitest und abschließt ºBereitschaft, Neues zu lernen sowie pragmatische, strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise ºEin Teamplayer mit guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen ºKenntnisse über Abrechnungsprozesse in Pflegeorganisationen und/oder Kenntnisse in ELGA sind ein großes Plus ºGrundlegende Erfahrung im Umgang mit Linux-Terminalbefehlen und Systemtools ºSichere Anwendung von C# in bestehenden Softwarearchitekturen für kundenspezifische Erweiterungen ºVon Vorteil wäre Verständnis für buchhalterische Abläufe, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit IT-gestützter Abrechnung ºErfahrung mit XML und XSLT-Transformationen
