Als Software / Control Engineer in Rijssen werk je aan besturingssoftware voor machines en industriële installaties. Binnen een technische organisatie richt je je op de vertaalslag van functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-programma’s en bedienbare HMI-schermen. Je denkt na over procesvolgordes, vergrendelingen en foutafhandeling, zodat een besturing niet alleen functioneert, maar ook begrijpelijk blijft voor operators en onderhoudstechnici. Daarbij verbind je software met de elektrotechnische en mechanische werking van een installatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, analyseren en technisch overleg. Je stemt interfaces en signalen af met collega’s uit engineering en bespreekt hoe de installatie zich onder verschillende omstandigheden moet gedragen. Bij storingen zoek je systematisch naar de oorzaak. Je ontwikkelt je vakkennis door software te verbeteren, testresultaten te evalueren en keuzes in de besturing zorgvuldig te onderbouwen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar besturingslogica en softwarestructuren - PLC-software en HMI-schermen ontwikkelen en aanpassen - Signaaluitwisseling tussen besturing, sensoren en actuatoren controleren - Software testen op procesvolgordes, vergrendelingen en foutafhandeling - Besturingsproblemen analyseren en oplossingen verifiëren - Technische keuzes, wijzigingen en testresultaten documenteren Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en het opzetten van overzichtelijke software - Kennis van HMI-configuratie en industriële communicatieprotocollen - Elektrotechnische schema’s kunnen lezen en signalen kunnen herleiden - Een systematische aanpak bij testen en storingsanalyse - Duidelijk communiceren over technische keuzes en samenwerken met andere disciplines Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime werkweek van 40.
