The posting

Bij een bouwer van maatwerksystemen voor luxe- en superjachten in Nieuw-Vennep ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor kranen, luiken, deuren, platforms en telescoperende masten. Je brengt PLC-software, elektrotechniek, hydrauliek en sensortechniek samen in bewegende installaties. Daarbij werk je niet alleen aan nieuwe functionaliteit: je verbetert bestaande software en helpt een modulaire systeemarchitectuur op te bouwen. Je blijft betrokken tot de installatie daadwerkelijk functioneert in de werkplaats en aan boord. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met functioneel testen, storingsanalyse en inbedrijfstelling op scheepswerven en klantlocaties. Je controleert beveiligingen en systeemgedrag en stemt technische keuzes af met engineers, monteurs, projectleiding en service. Ook werk je rechtstreeks met klanten. Je verdiept je in remote monitoring, data-analyse en conditiebewaking en onderzoekt hoe je deze technieken vertaalt naar praktische, beheersbare oplossingen voor toekomstige installaties. Functie-inhoud - Je ontwikkelt en verbetert PLC-besturingssoftware voor elektromechanische maatwerksystemen. - Je stelt functionele tests op en test installaties, beveiligingen en systeemgedrag in de werkplaats. - Je stelt bewegende installaties in bedrijf op scheepswerven en andere klantlocaties. - Je analyseert en verhelpt softwarematige en elektrotechnische storingen. - Je bouwt mee aan een heldere systeemarchitectuur en modulaire softwareopbouw. - Je onderzoekt toepassingen voor remote monitoring, conditiebewaking en voorspellend onderhoud. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je hebt ervaring met PLC-programmering en kennis van industriële communicatieprotocollen en netwerken. - Je hebt ervaring met systeemarchitectuur, modulaire softwareopbouw en versiebeheer. - Je hebt affiniteit met hydrauliek, sensoren, elektrische aandrijvingen en bewe.
