The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in elektrotechniek en industriële ICT in Apeldoorn werk je aan besturingen voor onder meer de chemie, papierindustrie, voedingsmiddelenindustrie en watersector. Als Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering vertaal je klantvragen naar functionele specificaties, technische ontwerpen en werkende PLC- en SCADA-applicaties. Je draagt de technische verantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten, van systeemdefinitie tot inbedrijfstelling, en houdt daarbij grip op kwaliteit, uren en kosten. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je softwareontwikkeling met testen, afstemming over besturingspanelen en werkzaamheden bij de opdrachtgever. Je werkt zelfstandig of met een projectteam, begeleidt collega’s en bent een inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor projectleiders. Na de inbedrijfstelling leer je operators hoe zij de installatie bedienen. Je verdiept je vakkennis door te werken met verschillende automatiseringsplatformen, batchprocessen en regelgeving voor gevalideerde systemen. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van klantvragen naar functionele en technische specificaties en systeemdefinities - Ontwikkelen van PLC- en SCADA-software op basis van het systeemontwerp - Testen van applicaties, waar nodig in combinatie met een besturingspaneel - In bedrijf stellen van besturingen bij opdrachtgevers en instrueren van operators - Technisch begeleiden van collega’s en ondersteunen van projectleiders - Bewaken van technische kwaliteit, projecturen en kosten bij meerdere projecten Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau door opleiding of ervaring, aangevuld met relevante automatiseringscursussen - Ruime ervaring met industriële automatiseringsprojecten en technische verantwoordelijkheid - Relevante PLC-kennis van platformen zoals ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi of Modicon - Kennis van SCADA zoals Citect, WinCC of InTouch, en van batchprocessen - Bekend met voorschriften en richtlijnen zoals GMP, GAMP en 21 CFR Part 11 - Je communiceert helder, kunt collega’s aansturen..
