Bij een technisch specialist in Almelo vertaal je klantspecificaties naar besturingssoftware voor productielijnen, zelfstandige machines en productieprocessen. Je werkt aan PLC-software en ontwerpt bedieningsschermen voor HMI- en SCADA-systemen. Daarbij maak je van globale functionele en technische eisen een concreet softwareontwerp met aanvullende specificaties. Je verantwoordelijkheid loopt van het uitwerken van de besturing tot het testen, in bedrijf stellen en optimaliseren van de installatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je technische keuzes af met klanten en collega's, bespreek je de voortgang en zoek je storingen in complexe besturingen. Je houdt projectdocumentatie bij en signaleert wijzigingen die meer- of minderwerk opleveren. Binnen het team draag je bij aan betere werkprocessen en deel je inzichten uit de uitvoering. Met opleidingen kun je je verder ontwikkelen in besturingstechniek en softwareontwikkeling. Voor inbedrijfstellingen ben je bereid kort in het buitenland te verblijven. Functie-inhoud - Klantspecificaties vertalen naar softwareontwerpen en aanvullende technische specificaties - PLC-software ontwikkelen voor productielijnen, zelfstandige machines en productieprocessen - HMI-bedieningsschermen en SCADA-toepassingen ontwerpen vanuit de gewenste procesbediening - Complexe besturingen testen, in bedrijf stellen, optimaliseren en storingen analyseren - Technische afstemming met klanten verzorgen en deelnemen aan werkbesprekingen - Projectadministratie bijhouden en meer- en minderwerk signaleren - Verbeteringen aandragen voor besturingsoplossingen en eigen werkprocessen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding in energietechniek, elektrotechniek of automatiseringstechniek - Minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring, inclusief zelfstandig ontwikkelen en in bedrijf stellen van softwareapplicaties - Globale functionele en technische eisen kunnen uitwerken tot een concreet softwareontwerp - Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk werken, helder communiceren..
