Als Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering in Deventer werk je aan besturingssoftware voor machines en industriële processen. Bij een technische organisatie binnen de industriële automatisering vertaal je functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-programma’s en bedienbare HMI-schermen. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de code: ook bedrijfszekerheid, diagnosemogelijkheden en de samenhang tussen software, elektrotechniek en mechanica spelen een belangrijke rol in je aanpak. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, storingen analyseren en technische afstemming. Je bespreekt signalen en machinegedrag met collega-engineers en maakt inzichtelijk hoe de besturing hoort te reageren. Tijdens het testen controleer je sequenties, alarmen en communicatie met aangesloten componenten. Zo verdiep je je in besturingsarchitectuur, industriële netwerken en software die ook voor de volgende engineer goed te onderhouden is. Functie-inhoud - Functionele specificaties vertalen naar gestructureerde PLC-software - HMI-schermen, alarmmeldingen en diagnosefuncties ontwikkelen - Besturingssequenties en vergrendelingen testen en valideren - Communicatie tussen PLC’s, aandrijvingen en veldcomponenten controleren - Softwarestoringen analyseren en structurele verbeteringen doorvoeren - Technische keuzes afstemmen en softwarewijzigingen documenteren Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal - Kennis van HMI-ontwikkeling en gestructureerde softwareopbouw - Inzicht in industriële communicatie, zoals PROFINET of Modbus TCP - Elektrotechnische schema’s kunnen lezen en storingen systematisch onderzoeken - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en technische keuzes helder toelichten Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een technische rol met aandacht voor software én machinegedrag - Afwisseli.
