Bij een specialist in productieautomatisering in Oosterhout werk je aan besturingen voor uiteenlopende machines en productielijnen. Denk aan installaties voor het spuiten van auto-onderdelen, het behandelen van kaas, het binpicken van complexe onderdelen en het assembleren van houten deuren en kozijnen. Als Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering vertaal je processtappen naar overzichtelijke besturingssoftware. Je richt je op betrouwbare machinewerking, veilige procesafhandeling en een bediening waarmee operators goed uit de voeten kunnen. De organisatie heeft de productie volledig in eigen huis. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, analyseren en afstemmen. Je werkt in een hecht team met korte communicatielijnen en zoekt samen met technische collega's naar oplossingen die passen bij het productieproces. Daarbij verdiep je je in PLC-besturingen, HMI-bediening en de koppeling tussen software en machinegedrag. De variatie aan toepassingen biedt ruimte om je kennis van industriële automatisering verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van procesbeschrijvingen naar logische softwarestructuren en machinefuncties - Ontwikkelen en aanpassen van PLC-software voor machines en productielijnen - Inrichten van HMI-schermen voor bediening, statusbewaking en storingsdiagnose - Testen van besturingen en analyseren van afwijkend machinegedrag - Afstemmen van interfaces met collega's uit elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw - Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling en vastleggen van softwarewijzigingen Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van HMI-bediening en industriële communicatie - Inzicht in sensoren, actuatoren en de samenhang tussen software en mechanica - Gestructureerde werkwijze met aandacht voor machineveiligheid en documentatie - Je overlegt helder met technische collega's en analyseert storingen systematis.
